I broke my stomach in Egypt. . ( ;∀;)
I went to Egypt in February.
That’s when I broke my stomach. . smile
What is the cause?
It’s water. Yes, it’s water.
But I didn’t drink the water directly.
While traveling by bus, it is highly possible that the raw vegetables in the hamburger I ate at an unknown hamburger shop in the service area on the way hurt my stomach. Tohoho. . . smile
*The picture is the hamburger shop.
It is usually delicious. smile
Overseas, even if you use a basic toothbrush, you will be careful about water, as much as using water from a pet bottle.
This is because it does not suit Japanese people, and because the cleanliness of the water in Japan is at the highest level in the world.
But I was careless.
Be especially careful when washing raw vegetables with water.
Everyone please be really careful with water when you are abroad m(_ _)m
I have a weak stomach anyway.
It will upset your stomach in Japan too.
When I traveled to Israel four years ago, I got food poisoning and went through hell. . smile
A large number of people will travel to Egypt in November☆
Preparing so as not to break your stomach,
I got antibiotics from my acquaintance’s pharmacist so that there would be no problem even if I broke my stomach (^^)
If you have various personal connections, there are many people who are very grateful when you are in trouble in various ways.
Thank you as always☆
Just like asset diversification, the more connections you have, the richer your life will be, and the less various risks you will face when you are in trouble.
I go to the Philippines every month,
When going abroad, including other countries, it is essential to prepare especially for health.
Please feel free to ask anything about people who are going abroad with you, people who are about to go abroad, preparations for going abroad, water conditions, etc.☆
