Is Egypt the early Dubai?
Egypt is closer to the image of Dubai in the 1990s.
It is also an image of Japan in the 1970s.
Egypt is growing at about twice the speed of Japan’s high-growth period.
When you think of Egypt, there are images of pyramids, royal tombs, camels, and various temples.
The new capital is truly the near future.
The new capital, New Capital, imitates Dubai, Hong Kong, and New York, and is under construction aiming for a city beyond that.
Even in the real estate field, the system is still in its infancy.
The state sells the land and the developer owns it, and the developer simply owns the land.
In Egypt, the system is not yet in place, such as rental management companies that are commonplace in Japan.
It’s a very simple structure that the developer manages and helps.
That’s why I’m hot☆
Investment in Egypt, which is known to those in the know, has attracted funds from all over the world, and the land and property prices in this country are still at exceptional prices, and property prices are rising at a tremendous rate.
If the new capital were to become like Dubai or Japan in the near future, I wouldn’t be able to stop shivering with excitement.
If you’re going to do it, now is the time to invest in the city in its early stages.
