Current situation in Egypt
Egypt is coming!
This is my first trip since February of this year.
This time, we will hold detailed meetings with Egyptian developers and real estate agents, discuss new alliances,
Together with our customers, we come to observe the opening of banks and the progress of the new capital and New Cairo (^^)
It’s very exciting because you can clearly see the progress!
Anyway, driving in this country is still a mess…lol
I am researching monthly income in Egypt by asking local real estate agents.
Some earn 200,000-300,000 EGP/month (1 million yen-1.5 million yen),
Some people pay 5,000 EGP/month (25,000 yen),
It turns out that there is no average value, and the differences are quite large.
There is information that about 30% of people in Cairo, the capital, earn more than the average annual income in Japan, and I think that’s true, and although the actual situation is unknown, is it true that there are many people who earn more than the average annual income in Japan?
I went to the pyramids too!
It’s so grand and charming!
Besides,
The camel tour was carried out even though I didn’t ask for it.
The reality is that you are constantly asked for tips and there is a barrage of negotiations. lol
When you go to the pyramids, be prepared to fight in many ways!
