Life circumstances at SMDC from Filipinos
“The Philippines will definitely go up,” said a Filipino who owns a condominium in the Philippines.
The value of SMDC properties has tripled in 10 years.
I think the best way to learn about the situation in the Philippines is to ask Filipinos for information.
Recently, I have had the opportunity to go to a Filipino pub every once in a while.
eh? Some people may think so, but I love the Philippines and feel at home there. lol
On a serious note,
Everyone at Filipino pubs in Japan can speak Japanese.
Of course, speaking in English is fine, but hearing about the situation in the Philippines in Japanese makes it even more relatable and provides very useful information.
I also go there because it helps me brush up on my English and Tagalog while I’m in Japan.
Furthermore, many Filipinos in Japan work in Japan, and many have assets in the Philippines.
Recently, I was surprised at how many people I met in a row who owned SMDC condominiums.
There is no one who does not know SMDC.
Everyone knows.
But it’s not well-known at all in Japan.
In the Philippines, all local people invest in real estate as a matter of course. Because everyone is positive. I feel like it’s too positive though…lol
